Refund Policy
At WrapCase India, we strive to provide high-quality custom skins and covers for mobile devices, cameras, earphones, and more. Since many of our products are made-to-order, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy.
1. No Refund on Custom Products
All custom-designed skins and covers are made specifically for your device and preferences.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order is placed.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
Once verified, we will offer:
- Replacement (preferred), or
- Refund (if replacement is not possible)
3. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
- After that, production begins and cancellation is not possible
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- Wrong model selected by the customer
- Minor color/texture differences (due to screen display variations)
- Normal wear and tear after usage
- Improper application of skins
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- In case of returns due to defects, we will cover the shipping cost
