At WrapCase India, we aim to deliver your custom skins and covers quickly and safely across India.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Since many of our products are custom-made, additional time may be required for production
- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
2. Shipping Time
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
- Remote or rural areas may take longer
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
- Free shipping may be available on selected offers or order values
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS
- You can track your shipment in real-time through the courier partner’s website
5. Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Weather conditions
- Courier partner issues
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
We are not responsible for delays caused by these external factors, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
6. Incorrect Address
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may fail or be delayed
- Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases
7. Undelivered / Returned Orders
- If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you
- Re-delivery will be processed after confirming updated details (additional charges may apply)
8. Damaged Package During Transit
- If you receive a package that appears damaged, please record an unboxing video
- Contact us within 48 hours at: info@wrapcaseindia.in
- We will assist with a replacement if the issue is verified
9. Service Availability
- We currently ship across India only
- International shipping is not available at this time
